Travels of Late

Travels of Late

It's so hard to wrap my head around it all. It seems unlikely that just a few short weeks ago, Brian and I were driving across country to our new home in Saint George, Utah. These are the scenes from our travels in Ohio and Saint Louis. We trekked it all the way with our sweet beagle in the backseat, and our little bearded dragon on the dashboard. Ohio was so unbelievably good to us, we spent one afternoon at Lake Milton in a gazebo that delicately outstretched in the beautiful hues of deep greens and blues. I heartily enjoyed the cooler breeze off the lake that Ohio had to offer, as did Brian.

Saint Louis is really a whole creature of it's own. We got there just as the sky began changing colors for the evening to set in. I cannot even begin to tell you how refreshing the New England architecture was that we stumbled upon. The old brick buildings, and towering churches gave me a piece that I miss from my upstate home. I thank the heavens everyday that I have a husband who loves new places just as much as I do.
